Really pleased with the repair, service and turnaround time. Been back in the car two months now and is working great. Video was really helpful and a great alternative to waiting for a replacement part from Land Rover and a lot less cost, plus no reprogramming. The only drawback was DHL losing the package even with a scanning system. Not to take away from ECU testing as they were superb.

Excellent service, kept informed throughout the process via email and a phone call. I was a little surprised by how much it was compared to other companies but knowing how sensitive these units are I decided that the lifetime warranty was worth it.

What a service, outstanding and very proffesoinal was kept intouch with progress at all times. I have used companys like this in past years and have had terible results well the only result you will get with ECU Testing is the correct and truthfull result. Excellent service can't fault it

The head unit on my 2017 VW Scirocco decided to stop working, so after searching online I decided to opt for ECUTesting. I could have gone more local to where I live but turn around times were not good. ECU stated they could turn it around in about a week, 8 days later I got it back in perfect working order! So far it has worked perfectly. I would highly recommend ECUTesting.

Had a problem with my LR4, got stuck in drive & could not start. Had to strip the unit down so I could get the car started. Heart sunk when a spring and bit of plastic came popping out. Thought an expensive replacement was needed. Then I found these guys online, phoned them up & their excellent customer service team told me it should not be a problem. Sent off on a Friday evening and got it back the following Thursday Mon was bank holiday. 5*
