Common Faults:

Failure of the transmission ECU in the Mercedes Vito is a well-known issue. When this occurs, the vehicle may enter limp-home mode, display an “F” on the gear indicator, become stuck in a single gear, or struggle to engage gears at all. Diagnostic scans often reveal multiple fault codes, such as P1840 (fault in the Y3/7Y1 pulse-width modulated solenoid valve 1/4), P1858 (starter contact defective), 2531 (shift valve 1/4 or 2/5 jammed in the engaged position with excessive pressure), and 2123 (defective Y3/7Y5 pulse-width modulated solenoid valve affecting shift pressure). We provide a full testing and rebuild service, backed by a lifetime warranty with unlimited mileage. If I purchase this will it cure my fault?
