REVIEWS FOR THIS PRODUCT

Ongoing complaint 1/5

We sent a unit for repair that had a common issue of clutch position error. They took the unit as repairable. Unit came back and now doesn’t communicate (did before) now they say that will give money back but will charge for replacement unit they’ve damaged. Two weeks now have passed where a manager will call. ‘Emma’ who has no last name tells me she doesn’t know who manager is or hours worked. Could go on but running out of characters.
