If you send in an item that does not match the one in the description, we will contact you and try to rebuild it if requested. This unit is coded, upon installation it will require resetting and then coding to the vehicle using relevant “dealer level” diagnostic equipment. If you are unable to do this then we may be able to transfer the coding from your old faulty unit, please contact us if you are unsure.

Please make sure that the part numbers on the original unit match the item you are purchasing. All “Buy Now” items are sold on an exchange basis, you will need to return the old faulty unit along with your returns form once you have fitted the replacement to the vehicle, you have 14 days (10 working days) to return the old faulty unit. Your Lifetime* warranty will be activated upon receipt of the old unit. If the old faulty unit is not returned to us then your warranty will be void (No exceptions). If I purchase this will it cure my fault?
Other faults on the vehicle may be the cause of your symptoms, even if the vehicles symptoms match those that we have set out on our common fault description. A full professional diagnostic check should be performed and all other possible causes eliminated first.
If a 'Buy Now' replacement unit is purchased due to misdiagnosis then we are unable to grant a full refund if the component is fitted to the vehicle, components fitted to the vehicle will in most cases require re-programming, re-testing & re-manufacturing after they are returned to us, therefore we are only able to grant a 50% refund under these circumstances.
If a ‘Get Yours Rebuilt’ service is purchased due to misdiagnosis then we will charge a testing fee plus return shipping if we test the unit and find that it is not faulty, then the remainder of the payment would be refunded to you.
