Suzuki Alto & Grand Vitara ABS pump motor fault

Alto and Grand Vitara ABS fault

Common failure of the Suzuki Alto and Grand Vitara ABS pump and module will cause the ABS and ESP warning lights to be illuminated all of the time and will prevent the full operation of the emergency braking system.

If you have had the vehicle scanned with diagnostic tools you will find the typical fault code C1061 Pump Motor Fault / Circuit Performance. You may be able to clear this code whilst still plugged into diagnostics but it will always return on drive.

When presented with this Alto / Grand Vitara ABS problem you may be tempted to order a new replacement unit from manufacturer. This is the least effective way of resolving this problem as it is very expensive and will only come with a short one year warranty. The biggest issue is that even new replacement units are prone to this internal failure as it has not been resolved at manufacturer level.

We offer an enhanced solution – rebuild of your existing ABS pump and module within 2-3 working days

Our ABS rebuild costs a fraction of a new replacement unit, comes with our unlimited mile lifetime warranty and we engineer-out the fault so that it does not happen again.

Common Failure symptoms:

I have a 2010 suzuki vitara V6 petrol 3.2L, It appears that my ABS module is U/S. The fault codes that are showing are C1063 History Solenoid valve powersupply drive circuit fault. C1044 Current gap master cylinder cut solenoid valve circuit 2 fault. Can this ABS unit be repaired and what would be the cost to send to you from Australia to avoid reprogramming cost. Thank you in advance.
