When sending in a component for test/repair please make sure you complete this test form, please include this form with your unit when you post it. Remember to package your components well with bubble wrap inside a good box. Most units are turned around within 3 working days.

PLEASE NOTE:
If you are sending a component for testing from outside the EU (European Union) we will not accept ANY package that incurs customs duty, please take this into account when declaring a value of goods for customs. Any parcel that incurs any import duty will be refused and returned to sender.
