When sending in a component for test/repair please make sure you complete this test form, please include this form with your unit when you post it. Remember to package your components well with bubble wrap inside a good box. Our estimated turn around time is currently 5-7 working days (excluding weekends).

If you are sending a component for testing from outside the EU (European Union) we will not accept ANY package that incurs customs duty, please take this into account when declaring a value of goods for customs, in most cases the item you are shipping will be of scrap value due to being faulty so avoid declaring the value of a brand new unit. Any parcel that incurs any import duty will be refused and returned to sender.
