A customer`s viewpoint
Having Googled problems with A-Class running issues and read Bert Rowe`s blog I contacted ECUTesting by phone and spoke to a human being who concisely took me through the process I needed to follow including completing the online form. This done, it was simply a case of popping the item in the post. ECU kept me updated by text and e-mail and it wasn't long before the item was returned and has worked like new ever since. So a first class service.
