Sent unit off. I received a call saying yes we can fix the unit. 2 hrs later received another call saying sorry we can't fix it. Then they said we can get another unit and swap over the info...they had unit 7 days and thenights called me saying they can't do it. Received a full refund. Very poor. I drive a Taxi and needed car so had to send to ford at a cost of £1325. Inc vat plus lost revenue whilst car off the road..not good at all.
